Solar Plexus Chakra- What I Think About Myself YELLOW 3rd Chakra: The Solar Plexus Chakra is located at (the base and center of the rib cage, just above the navel). Gives us a sense of personal power in the world.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the power center and the seat of self-confidence. It is called the abdominal brain of the unaware man. Faulty concepts and thoughts of power and its misuse are held within this chakra. There is a strong tendency to manipulate and control others as well as situations and events.
Balance in the Solar Plexus
In a healthy Solar Plexus Chakra the power is re-directed. Manipulation is transformed to harmonious giving & receiving.
